How much does it cost?
Price is calculated based on weight, size of shipment and whether it is to be shipped domestically, to Europe or outside Europe.
What do you need to know?
Maximum 2 kg per shipment
- Minimum size letter: 9 x 14 cm
- Roll: Length at least 10 cm
- Length double diameter must be at least 17 cm
Maximum size letter:
- Length up to 60 cm, Length width thickness not exceeding 90 cm
- Roll: Length up to 90 cm.
- Length double diameter must not exceed 104 cm

Find the right postage
Stamps can be used for all items up to 2 kg, and the postage depends on both the weight and size of the letter.

Delivery speed
The mail will be delivered to your recipient 2-3 business days after submission, for mailbox there will be 2 days.
Delivery time is the same across the country. You may put your mail into the nearest post box. -

Underpaid postage
In case of underpaid postage, the item will still be delivered, but you will receive an invoice for the deficient amount and an administration fee. If sender’s name and address are not given, the invoice will be sent to the addressee.

Unused stamps
You can exchange stamps in full sheets, rolls and stamp booklets at a post office or at the Frimerketjenesten. Single stamps cannot be exchanged. Price for exchange is NOK 33 per commenced 100 stamps. started.
N.B.: Stamps can only be changed in other stamps, not in cash. The stamps must be exchanged within 12 months of the time of purchase and you must show a receipt.
