Multiple recipients in the same country
For when you have more than 20 parcels to send to private individuals in the same country. Suitable if you have an online shop. You save time and money by sending your goods as a combined mailing item.

You can order through Mybring or EDI, and we will collect your parcel if you have a pick-up and delivery agreement with us.
Maximum weight per parcel is 20 kg (up to 25 kg to Finland). Length must not exceed 150 cm and length+circumference must not exceed 300 cm.
Print out an approved address card via EDI, and attach it to the customs documentation. Your parcels will be collected from your home.
The mailing item can be tracked to most countries. The transit times vary depending on which country you are sending goods to. Find transit times in your agreement, or phone us on 04045 for more information.
Depending on the regulations of the recipient country, the mailing item will either be delivered direct to the door or to the post office.
Parcels that are attempted to be delivered or that are sent directly to the post office have a collection deadline of at least 14 days and up to 4 weeks in some countries. If the parcel is not collected by this deadline and there is not an explicit waiver for this in the transport label, the parcel will be returned to you. The list price for an equivalent new parcel to the country in question must then be paid.
How much does it cost?
The price includes collection, transport and delivery to the recipient's post office. Export and import declarations are included in the price.
You must have an agent or a representative in the recipient country who can handle customs and VAT.

Useful customs information
Export customs clearance is always included in the shipping price when you are sending parcels abroad. Correct customs documentation is important to avoid stops in customs processing and delays.
Below you will find which customs documents are necessary for your package to reach your recipient as quickly as possible:
• transport/edi label
• two copies of the commercial invoice (Commercial invoice)
Import declaration is charged to the recipient/importer, except in Sweden and Germany. If you need help filling in the customs documents, you can go to customs documents.
