Return business parcel

Parcel returned from businesses

  • When your customer wants to return something, Parcel returned from businesses is a simple returns solution for you and your recipient in Finland, Sweden or Denmark.
  • Your business can track the item.

In other countries the recipient must return goods themselves by resending the item as a standard parcel. In other words, there is no returns solution for other countries apart from those mentioned.

The parcel is collected from the business and is then delivered to the door of your business during office hours between Monday and Friday.

The return parcel can weigh up to 35 kg and be up to 150 cm long. Length + circumference must not exceed 300 cm.

Parcels for which a delivery attempt is made shall be sent to the post office and have a collection deadline of 7 days.

The collection deadline for parcels that are collected at Post-in-store and in Parcel boxes changes from 14 to 7 days from 01.10.22. Recipients who need the parcel to stay longer can easily and free of charge extend the collection deadline from 7 to 14 days in The Posten app or via SMS.

If the parcel is not collected within the deadline, it will be considered undeliverable.

Transit time
The delivery time will vary from country to country.

How much does it cost?

Prices

All prices are in Norwegian kroner and include a basic price and kilo surcharge; fuel surcharges are not included.
There is a surcharge for parcels over 120 cm long and with a width or height over 60 cm.

Price of Cargo Insurance from December 1, 2023:

Europe: Parcel NOK 175
Rest of the world: Parcel NOK 239

Europe: Pallet - 0.2% of the insured value - minimum NOK 584

Other values: Pallet - not applicable *Can only be combined with Parcel and Pallet products.

How big and heavy?

For returns via parcel locker (individual parcels):

  • Maximum weight: Up to 35 kg
  • Maximum dimensions: 50 x 44 x 59 cm

For returns via a Post Office/Post in Store (maximum four parcels per shipment):

  • Max weight: Up to 35 kg
  • Max length: 240 cm
  • Max length + circumference: 360 cm

    How to proceed

    Ad Hoc Pickup

    Please contact your seller to get Ad Hoc Pickup included in your agreement. When the return item is collected from your customer, the driver applies a transport label, and you are debited for Ad Hoc Pickup in addition to standard freight. You or your customers can book collection by email. Bring Parcels has instructions about how Ad Hoc Pickup can be ordered quickly and easily. The instructions can be attached with your mailing items or sent separately to your customers.

    What your business customers do

    The customer books the return with your company and sticks a return label on the parcel. We pick up the parcel from the company or the customer hands in the return via a Post Office/Post in Store or in a parcel locker by using the Posten app, if it is of a suitable size.
