Terms for sorting of items in trays
The packing list applies for Items of identical format, which must be handed-in in trays, sorted by the 2 first digits of the postal code
When the number of items adds up to 20 trays to one postal code area, the trays shall be packed on pallets and labelled according to the list below.
If there are less than 20 trays to one postal code area, the trays shall be packed together on one pallet, labelled according to the list below with the handing-in terminal's address.
Direct packaging of trays applies to:
Small items
- Non-machine readable items
- Non-Machine readable items in the form as Self-mailers, Pressure seal, envelopes, folded single sheets or similar, should preferably be sorted in trays in ascending order by postal code
Large items
- Machine readable envelopes, discount categories MV1 and MV2
The table shows the postal code areas. When the number of trays represent 20 to one area, the pallet must be labelled with both postal code areas and the terminal's address. Label can be ordered at Bring Customer Service.
