Newspaper mailing plan – user manual

When the agreement on distribution is entered, the next step is your Newspaper mailing plan.

Newspaper distribution must always be ordered through our online Newspaper mailing plan. At least 3 weeks before handing in date you should register the title of the Newspaper, weight, distribution days etc.
Log in to My Post 

In addition to the mailing plan, you must upload a post code file showing the number of newspapers to be distributed to each postcode. User guide Newspaper mailing plan

The files must be uploaded as CSV files and you can use this template to convert your files from Excel to CSV.
