Home Delivery of heavier goods

Offer your customers maximum convenience with home delivery. This service applies to goods weighing more than 35 kg. We deliver goods all the way home and directly to your customers' doors – when and how it suits them best.

With our home delivery service for heavier goods, you can offer your customers an extremely flexible shipment of your goods, directly to their home. Do you sell kitchens, home appliances, furniture or sports and home fitness equipment? Freight is calculated per shipment in accordance with the current price list or by special written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the shipment, including the carrier, is priced based on its freight-calculated gross weight. The total dimensions and weight of the shipment, including pallet/packaging, are used for price calculation. All postal codes are linked to a terminal and a price zone. The list of postal codes/zones shows which price zone is used for pricing. You can find the list of current Price Zones here (pdf).

Pick-up points for private consumers

Do your customers want a higher level of self-service? No problem – we currently have 22 pick-up points across Norway. Let your customers order to our terminals and pick up the goods themselves. The table on the page with pick-up points presents our pick-up terminals listed by postal code.

    It is important to give your customers exactly the service that they want and expect. Adjust the delivery with the correct level of service for each customer.

    In-house delivery

    We deliver the goods all the way to a designated place in the recipient’s home. This is the most popular service level used by our customers.

    Curbside delivery

    Delivery to the curbside, plot boundary or exterior door.

    Pick-up point

    The customer can choose a date and time to pick up their goods from the selected pick-up point/terminal. See the updated overview of our pick-up point locations

    Installation and assembly

    You can also offer your customers both installation and assembly in combination with our Home Delivery service.
