This document describes how Posten Bring AS (hereinafter «we») processes your personal information when ordering Letter Parcel International.

Posten Bring AS’ General Privacy statement applies in addition to this privacy statement. In the General Privacy statement, you can find more information about your rights and how you can get in touch with us to exercise your rights, e.g. if you have questions or a complaint about our processing of your personal data.
The party responsible for processing personal data is Posten Bring AS, organization number 984 661 185, Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14 A, 0185 Oslo.

1. What personal data we process and for what purposes

Letter Parcel International can only be ordered online, and you must state the senders and receivers name, address and phone number. E-mail address and an IOSS number is appreciated. Senders and receivers name and address will be printed on the label, and it will also be used in the case of returning the parcel. 

If you state an e-mail address, it will be used to send the receipt when the order has been completed. 

The payment information is registered for receiving the payment when purchasing the service. 

Information printed to the label: 

•   Sender/receiver: E-mail, Phone number.: Sent via EDI
•   Sender: IOSS number is added as.: VAT Prepaid 

2.   Storage time

Personal information and sender data without customs declaration is 26 months. This is the same duration of time IPC (International Post Corperation). Information given in regard to customs declaration is stored for 5 years at Posten Bring AS.

If you believe that our processing of personal data does not match what we have described here, or that we are otherwise not complying with the requirements of the data protection legislation, we would like you to contact us.
