The service costs the same as Business Parcel (with some exceptions.)
Prices increase by 2.9 % from 1 December 2024.
What do you need to know?
Service specifications:
For returns via parcel locker (individual parcels):
- Maximum weight: Up to 35 kg
- Maximum dimensions: 50 x 44 x 59 cm
For returns via a Post Office/Post in Store (maximum four parcels per shipment):
- Max weight: Up to 35 kg
- Max length: 240 cm
- Max length + circumference: 360 cm
Deviation from above mentioned weight and dimensions will result in a price surcharge from July 1, 2024. Deviation from above mentioned weight and dimensions will result in a price surcharge from December 1, 2024.

Ordering and pick-up
Order the returns service via EDI or Mybring.
Print the returns address card and attach it when you ship the items.
Alternatively, you can send the card to the customer when the need for a return arises.

What your business customers do
The customer books the return with your company and sticks a return label on the parcel. We pick up the parcel from the company or the customer hands in the return via a Post Office/Post in Store or in a parcel locker by using the Posten app, if it is of a suitable size.

During transport
The returns shipment has the same delivery time as the Parcel to businesses, and the shipment can be tracked both by you and the sender (the customer).

Receipt of returns
The package will be delivered to your door by 4 p.m., or alternatively, it can also be delivered to a pick-up point. We deliver parcel returns all over Norway, wherever you can reach by car.
