A nationwide parcel service for those with an online store that has private customers as their target group.
The recipient picks up at the desired delivery location (convenience store, parcel lockers, post office), but can, through various optional services, have the package delivered home or change to another delivery location. In addition, the rural postworkers can deliver at the door, free of charge. Our parcel lockers can be found at approximately 2100 locations around Norway.

How to calculate price
- Enter the from and to zip codes in the Excel calculator to find the correct number of zones (Min. 1 zone, max. 8 zones)
- Estimate the chargeable weight for the parcel
- When you have the number of zones and the chargeable weight, find the current price in the price list

Service specifications
Maximum weight: 35 kg (parcel to parcel lockers 10 kg)
Maximum dimensions: 240 cm in length, or length + circumference = 360 cm.
Deviation from this results in a price surchage from December 1, 2024.

Packing and packaging
Pack your shipment properly and mark it well. Fragile items must be surrounded by impact-absorbing material to absorb pressure and impact while protecting the contents. Click here to read more about packaging and labelling.

Ordering and pick-up
Order shipping directly in Mybring, via API, EDI or in your TA system. You can deliver the package at your nearest drop-off point or enter into a fixed collection agreement with us. It is also possible to order pick-up in Mybring when you need it.

During transport
To large cities and central locations it takes 1 day. Otherwise, 2-4 days must be calculated, depending on the route. You can easily calculate the delivery time for your parcel in Mybring. The shipment can be tracked along the way.

Delivery and receipt
The recipient receives a pick-up notification via App or SMS (email), and can pick up the parcel at a serviced pick-up location or parcel locker. With our additional services you can expand the freedom of choice for your customers, for example the option to choose home delivery for parcels en route/arrived at the pick-up location.
If the package is not retrieved, the recipient receives up to 2 reminders. The pick-up deadline for parcels picked up at Post-in-stores and in Parcel boxes is 7 days. The recipient can request an extended pick-up deadline from 7 to 14 days free of charge via the Posten App or via text message.

Your customer can choose which post office/post in store or parcel locker they wish to pick up their parcel from. The choice is made at the moment the customer purchases the item online and cannot be changed once the parcel has been sent.
Senders who wish to use this service will be sent a URL with the selected profile. A technical document describing the choice of profile options is available through your contact person with us.
Price:
- Parcel to pickup point and Business parcel: NOK 0
- Business parcel express: NOK 47 excluding VAT from December 1, 2024
Suitable if you would like extra security for the item and has been developed together with Tryg Insurance.
When you are ordering additional insurance, you must complete the following information in the EDI advance notice:
- Parcel number (applies as insurance agreement number)
- Sum insured or value of the goods (for example NOK 12,000)
- Object insured or contents (for example a watch)
- Email address
- Indicator ”Y” (Yes) in the specified field to say that you want insurance
When we have received your order and the parcel you wish to send, we will send an insurance agreement to your email address. If there are any errors or omissions when completing your order, the insurance will be invalid.
Premium/price
The premium is 0.3% of the sum insured/value of the goods with a minimum premium of NOK 30. Excess is NOK 250 per compensation case. The maximum sum insured is NOK 25,000. If you state the value of goods as higher than NOK 25,000, you will only be invoiced 0.3% of NOK 25,000.
For example: The value of the goods is NOK 12,000. Premium = NOK 12,000 x 0.003 (0.3%) = NOK 36 (minimum premium of NOK 30). The premium will be charged to your invoice. If you have specified invoicing by email, the information will be on a separate line under the associated parcels.
This guarantees that the goods will not be delivered without being paid for. Suitable if you have agreed that the customer will pay for the items you are sending.
The service costs NOK 85 per parcel from December 1, 2024. NB! Maximum cash on delivery amount for cash payment is NOK 5000.
If you would like the recipient to show ID on delivery, you can set this up through EDI. Your recipient will be notified via SMS or email that your company requires them to identify themselves.
You can choose between regular Delivery with ID or Personal Delivery:
- Delivery with ID: Identification is checked upon delivery. Someone other than the recipient can collect the parcel, but must provide ID before the goods are handed over.
- Personal Delivery: Only the specified recipient with ID can collect the parcel. The use of a proxy is not allowed.
The price of the service is NOK 17 per parcel for regular Delivery with ID and NOK 23 per parcel for Personal Delivery from 01.12.2024.
Shipment stopped or returned cancels the shipment before your recipient receives it.
You can cancel the shipment from the Mybring tracking page.
The price for the service is NOK 217 per parcel from 01.12.2024 and must be paid even if Bring was unable to stop the shipment. The price does not include freight.
From the tracking page in Mybring you can change the address for a shipment.
Changes are not possible if the shipment has been loaded for delivery (door delivery, parcel box) or has arrived at a serviced pick-up location.
The price for the service is NOK 217 per parcel from 01.12.2024. In addition, extra shipping is invoiced from the original destination postcode to the new (changed) destination postcode.
The cash on delivery amount for Parcel to pick-up location can be changed or deleted.
From the tracking page in Mybring, you can change or delete the cash on delivery amount.
The price for the service is NOK 217 per parcel from 01.12.2024.
